In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "joz77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to joz77 and its operating entity, which owns and operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://joz77.vip.
• "Platform" means the joz77 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any software or application through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform following completion of the registration and identity verification process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Balance derived from actual deposits, net of any applicable fees, and excludes bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free spins equivalent, or other promotional value credited to an Account by joz77.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by joz77 before a Player may make a withdrawal or access certain account features.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or joz77's internal compliance policy.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, customer support hours, and bonus expiry calculations unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with joz77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. joz77 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 or who has previously breached these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Clause 15) constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for the duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. joz77 strictly enforces an adults-only policy. Proof of age may be requested at any time and must be provided within the timeframe specified by joz77's KYC team.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of joz77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or terminated by joz77 for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or national gambling exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction.

joz77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests.

Each eligible individual may register one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly should it change.

joz77 implements a mandatory KYC verification process. Until KYC verification is successfully completed, the following restrictions apply to your Account:

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed.
• Maximum aggregate deposit limits may apply.
• Access to certain game categories may be restricted.
• Bonus eligibility may be suspended pending verification.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of residential address (bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with joz77's Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. joz77 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify joz77's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. joz77 may suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

joz77 strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for their Account. Any wagers placed or withdrawals processed while 2FA is disabled are the sole responsibility of the Account holder.

Any transaction completed using valid Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the Account holder. joz77 bears no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). joz77 does not charge conversion fees on IDR transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which joz77 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA transfer, BRI transfer, BNI transfer, Bank Mandiri transfer, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 via e-wallet and Rp 25.000 via bank transfer.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the payment provider's own processing times. joz77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the start of the next operating cycle. Withdrawals are remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated to players upon Account verification. Players with VIP status may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as communicated by joz77's VIP team.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the joz77 Account holder.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the withdrawal and investigation of the Account.
• joz77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above Rp 5.000.000.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from any withdrawal request that includes un-cleared bonus funds.

By placing a wager or participating in any game on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, these Terms prevail unless the game-specific rule expressly states otherwise.

Sportsbook Betting: All sports bets, including football (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and other markets), badminton, MotoGP, E-sports, and other available markets, are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the relevant market page. Mix parlay (Indonesian term for accumulator/parlay bets), voor bola (Asian handicap betting), and other localised bet types are governed by their respective rule sets.

Live Casino: All live dealer games, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows operated by Evolution Gaming, are subject to the rules displayed within the live game stream. The decision of the dealer and the platform's automated results system is final.

Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

Crash Games & Domino QQ: Crash game multipliers and card game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.

joz77 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where joz77 has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed in breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

joz77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification, unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from your Real Money Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Standard Wagering Requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The specific requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of claim.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%; sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or higher typically contribute 100%.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to access the Platform via your Account.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated tools to access the Platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in game outcomes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other competitive game format on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to make deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joz77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond joz77's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures; joz77 does not guarantee winnings.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform.

In all circumstances where joz77's liability cannot be entirely excluded, joz77's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joz77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. joz77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

joz77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

joz77 collects personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — with your express consent — direct marketing communications. joz77 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All personal data submitted to joz77 is stored using industry-standard encryption. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the support team at [email protected], subject to joz77's legal obligations to retain certain data for regulatory and anti-fraud purposes.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence, to the extent that those statutory rights cannot be contractually excluded.

joz77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, joz77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, providing at least 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not affect player rights, and updates to contact information — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.
